From a small town in Rajasthan to a practice of her own.

CA Honey Jain's journey to becoming a Chartered Accountant began not just as a career choice, but as an inherited dream. Growing up in a small town in Rajasthan, she carried her father's aspiration for her to become a Chartered Accountant - a dream that became entirely her own by the time she reached high school. Destiny then led her to Indore, where she enrolled for the CA course.

Displaying remarkable determination early on, Honey pursued Chartered Accountancy, Company Secretary (CS) and her graduation simultaneously - clearing all three within the same timeframe. She began her CA articleship in November 2007 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in January 2012, a path marked by the perseverance that anyone who has pursued this profession knows all too well.

Rather than stepping directly into practice, Honey chose to first gain hands-on experience in the corporate world. She began her career with ICICI Bank as a Branch Credit Manager handling home loans, and went on to work with organizations such as Janalakshmi Financial Services (now Jana Small Finance Bank) and Capital First. These years gave her a deep, practical understanding of credit, lending and financial operations - insights she brings into her independent practice today.

In 2018, with the newly introduced GST regime reshaping India's tax landscape, Honey took the leap into full-time CA practice, founding H Jain And Company. What started as a solo endeavour has since grown into a dedicated team of professionals, serving individuals and businesses with the same values that inspired her journey - integrity, diligence and a genuine commitment to her clients.

Today, CA Honey Jain continues to find purpose in her work, one client at a time - contributing not just to individual financial well-being but, in her own words, to nation-building through honest and diligent practice.
